Returns Policy

At Posh Botaniq Australia, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product has a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


2. Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. To support this, we offer:

  • 14-Day Change of Mind Guarantee: You may return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange.

  • Products must be in resalable condition (sealed, unopened, and unused).

  • Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with unless required by law.


3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue so we can investigate quickly.

  • Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost to you.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider).

  • Where shipping costs were paid, only the product cost will be refunded unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.


5. How to Start a Return

Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your request. Our team will provide return instructions.


6. Exceptions

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Products returned after 14 days (unless faulty).

  • Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging (unless faulty).

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).
